Easily avoidable wind slabs

Went to John F. Stevens Canyon which saw the strongest and most sustained winds earlier this week to assess lingering wind slab concerns.

• We found drifts up to 3' thick that were isolated across the terrain and easy to identify by thick "whales" or lens shapes on atypical aspects
• We still produced a few cracks and a slab release on small test features, but most drifts have become too stubborn for results. 
• Wind slabs were localized to near ridges and behind tree fences; we felt comfortable riding in steep open bowls where the snow was wind affected but not wind-loaded.
