Strong solar effect. 1-2 cm sun crust on open solar aspect up to 5500’ this morning. Warm sun all the way to 7000+, with trees shedding their snow and subtle warming of surface snow by noon when we skied. No natural activity seen on surrounding peaks save a few sluffs. Skiing was mix of mid winter to pow to spring heavy hot pow.
