Numerous audible collapses/cracks as large as 20 feet in length at 4000’ where the snowpack is shallow. Spooky but not concerning as we were not on steep terrain or adjacent to any steep terrain or paths. As we climbed higher, the snowpack seemed more stable and we did not hear anymore noises or notice any other red flags on the descent.
