While skiing today we experienced moderate winds and Heavy snowfall until oneish when it began to clear some. Accumulation of snow increased at higher elevations rapidly. We did not go on any slopes above 35 degrees while skinning and skiing. The one pit we dug at about noon 6500 ft. SE aspect, results were ECTP9 30 cm down. This was on a thin crust 20 cm above the stout "groundhogs day" crust which was located 55 cm down. We did not see much sluffing because of tertrain choice.
