Quick Observation

Snowmobiled in the Skyland Area, toured up from the Challenge Cabin to the knob SE of Baldhead Mtn to 7200'.  Dug a pit at 6000' on N NE aspect, ECTX.  Wind was light and variable the majority of the day and tour.  Sun was out in full force creating a very noticable and annoying sun crust on any S ish aspect from 7200' down.  Good turns and snowmobiling otherwise on different aspects.  We passed the groomer heading in on our way out...the entire Skyland Trail System should be freshly groomed.
