Late morning tour in Lost Johnny drainage. Dug a N facing pit at 6200’. HS 300cm!! Latest crust is buried 50cm deep and was hard to cut with cord for ECT. No propagation although we got partial propogation in between another crust 85cm deep. The upper crust is stout and providing strong bridging. We found very isolated and reactive winds slabs at the top of the ridge and felt comfortable dropping wind sheltered chutes and steep rollovers. Sluffs were minimal. All aspects seemed somewhat windaffected but the skiing was great, fast, and surfy. Snowfall was very heavy from 3:30 all the way back to the truck, 1-2” per hour dumping.
