  • Toured up the south face of Running Rabit above shed 11 to the weather station and then to the top of the 1163 slide path.
  • Descended the south face of Running Rabit. 
  • Objectives were to observe the fallen new snow, make a snow profile for the 1163 slide path, and observe wind slabs. 
  • There was a 1' of fresh snow above 5,000' from two days ago. 
  • Ski cut a few test slopes with wind slabs 1' to 2' deep. Ski cuts were unreactive. 
  • No observable wind loading.
