Went into central Glacier National Park with hopes of skiing storm snow. If 1 inch of graupel is considered a "storm," then we sure got it. 

• Experienced brief periods of light to moderate snow with mostly light winds. Snow accumulations were 1 to 2 inches with 4 to 6 inches in wind drifted areas.
• We dug a pit at roughly 6000 feet on a west aspect. We found the 1/13 crust below a pencil to knife hard slab that was about 4 feet below the surface. A PST revealed no results. 
• The upper snowpack consists of numerous crusts that gets harder with depth.
• Surfaces lacked a refreeze below roughly 5400 feet. Above 5400 feet we found supportable, stable, and fun riding conditions.
