Quick Observation

Like many others, overnight snow did not bond well to the cold smoke/clear night resulting in innumerable shooting cracks and mild sluffing. Dug one put on north aspect, 6300', depth of 145 cm with that rain crust about 75 cm down. No propagation though the interface at the rain crust seemed to release a bit more easily compared to recent tour in the middle fork.
