Had a nice tour in WMR side-country today. Skied the south-facing low-angle terrain off of Ghoulie Point.
5-8 inches of low-density snow made for great travel!
Did notice little slabs coming off of test slopes (especially in wind-protected areas) like the one in the picture.
Cracking on the wind-loaded northerly aspects off of the ridge.
Didn't dig, or step into anything steeper than 30 degrees.
No avalanches observed.
