The snow pack was exteremely stable all the way up to 5,800'. SIgns of old, wet-loose avi debri where everywhere in the drainage gully. Most location had 4-8 inches of semi-heavy snow on top of a very hard layer. from 9am- noon very low vis/fog/snow. Then the skys opened up to sun/bluebird. Great day of climbing/riding.
