Quick Observation

As forecasters warned, dry loose avalanches on W - SW aspect along the Broken Leg divide probably occurred the afternoon of 5/20  (photo from late in the day 5/21).

Appears to have been triggered by snow dropping out of the rocks following a brief warming and running on what I would imagine is a pretty stout MF crust at upper elevations.

Start zone here is around 6800'.
