Quick Observation

Moderate winds, blowing snow from W and SW in the am through 1300 or so. Several whumpfs while crossing convexities above our intended SE slope. We didn't dig a pit, but found areas to be quite wind affected and slabbing up in terrain more exposed to the wind. We shuffled back to the mellow terrain closer to WMR and enjoyed soft turns with no signs of instability.
