Looking for some fresh snow, we wandered south out of the WMR boundary. Solar south and west aspects held variable conditions, with some crust, some hot pow, and tree-bombed zones with surface hoar present in sheltered sections. East and north aspects remained generally unaffected, though surface hoar formation was consistent.
