Route Description:

Up the Marion Lk trail to the Marion/Dickey ridge. Down and up again. Down to the Dickey Cr road via the Telegraph Hill run.

Deeper snow started around 5000ft on the Marion Lk trail. Got progressively deeper until we were climbing through 12" of new snow at 6600ft. It was uniform and not slabby. There was no slumping, cracking, or audible cues. The wind did not get aggresive as predicted and there was no visible transport at our elevations. The skiing was fantastic. You might say it was a Warren Miller day.
