Perfunctorily Pleasant on Palindrome

Headed up the SE ridge and out the NE fun run, finding nothing terribly remarkable apart from sun and wind:

• Hasty pit on NE aspect around 6700' yielded a ECTN in the upper 100cm of snow.
• Best skiing was on wind sheltered/treed slopes above 5200'.
• Found variable wind scouring and deposits, both on the ridge and in the lower NE slide path.
• Observed lots of snow transport on exposed ridges, increasing in the late afternoon.
