Skinned and skied several laps above and below the Beaver Pond east of the resort in Canyon Creek. Most of the steep open north facing shots dropping to the Beaver Pond slid during the last big storm cycle (see photos), although there was enough fresh snow on the bed surface and debris fields that skiing was still super fun. The upper steep flanks of the gully below the Beaver Pond had also slid in spots. Stomping on the hang fire above the crown lines produced no substantial results so I'd say the warm temps are helping to stabilize things.
