After some combat skinning, our primary layers of concern were within the storm interfaces plus the January 9th crust. We dug at 6080ft on a North aspect, 35 degree slope. We found resistant shears in the upper twenty cm of new snow (CT 6 8cm down Q3, CT4 10cm down Q3) with no propagation (ECTN 23 20cm down, ECTX).
