Looked like a huge cornice fall that gouged down to the ground (rock slab) on the east face. Couldn't make out a clean crown; my sense is that particular spot gets pretty wind scoured and doesn't have much of a snowpack. Regardless, it entrained a lot of dry snow on the way down and the extent of the debris was impressive. It merged with the debris from the other slide on Penrose, so its hard to tell exactly when or how large each slide was.
