Ghoulie's Ridge

We traveled around the Ghoulie's Ridge area today looking for wet instabilites related to the new precipitaion and monitor PS problem.

• Temps above freezing today at mid elevations 
• ~4" new snow high density snow on all aspects. No signs of rain/mixed precipiation.
• No direct signs of instability. Only very small, shallow cracking, very small occasional rollerballs on test steep slopes. Common test results on easterly aspects - no propagation failures between new/old snow interfaces. Strong 1F hard mid-pack. No propagating test results in snowpack tests.
• We skied steep NE aspects that were planar, anchored and consisted of a deep uniform snowpack with only small sluffing to manage. 
• No avlanche activity observed. Poor visabilty (<200 ft)
