Gotta a late start leaving noon from the Highway low elevatio is shaping up for solid approaches but quality continuous turns require you reach a min of 5k.
Observed aftermath of tree bombs being blown out yesterday but limited effect to overall snow surface or wind loading, though we did stick to more sheltered north facing trees. Steep S/SE facing slopes showed some evidence of natural sloughing in the surface snow but nothing worth of a slide destinction.
Turns were deep and so long as we stayed in sheltered areas we felt comfortable skiing steeper lines. No surface hour observed under cloud cover the whole day with periodic snow totaling a trace.
