Sledded from WF to Polebridge Friday afternoon and returned Sat afternoon. Did a quick ski tour both days on east facing terrain above Red Meadow. About a foot of dense powder fell on Thursday’s lighter snow. Surprisingly we saw no evidence of recent storm slabs either day. Skied 30-40 degree trees and saw lots of storm sluffing but very little cracking and no settlements on the skin track. Did not dig beyond hasty pits. Saturday the snow was far denser. Sledders (our party included) got fairly aggressive and diidn’t trigger anything.
