Toured into the first basin with the wet slide debris and gained the ridge dividing Wahoo and Rescue which looks to be 5700-5800 feet. Raining on a soggy snowpack from the highway to about 5,000 ft. Snow at the ridge was well over 220 cm deep. No obvious signs of windloading. Mid 30s F. Cracking on thick crust below snowline. Dry snow above.
