Quick Observation

Noticed the recent avalanche activity this morning on the east face of Mount Cameahwait while conducting road observations in JFS Canyon. Multiple crowns on that face. Perhaps the two deepest slabs located lower down slope failed on the December facets?

Also saw one small crown at the very top of Path 1163 (south face of Running Rabbit Mtn.). It appeared the associated failure layer could have been the Dec. facets.
