Quick Observation

Did some excellent rescue training in the morning and played in the snow in the afternoon. we dug several pits on NE and S aspects at around 6700' on the NE lots of wind loading. snow depth was around 350-370 cm 1/13 crust was 215 cm down. preformed CT and ECT, the only notable result was ECTN3 15cm down in the new snow. On the South aspect. snow depth was 170cm with 1/13 crust 90cm down. same results in ECT. we also performed a PST with no result on the first one. and PST 45/100 Arr. on the second one, 1cm above the crust.
