Toured up the Snowslip drainage today. Partly clear in the morning, clouds came in afternoon. It was cold with consolidated powder, trail breaking got better from last week. We dug a pit at 6200 feet on SW face of Snowslip. The weak layers were stubborn to activate, 60 cm's or 90 cm's from surface. Total pit depth was 120 cm's. ECT 28 60 cm down on density change, CT 25 60cm & 28 on crust, 2nd ECT 26 60 cm down. We didn't get results on the Thanksgiving crust until we shovel sheared the block. We skied laps on South face of Snowslip, good christmas.
