Widespread Surface Hoar.  7-8mm V at Ridge tops and 2-3mm in open trees below. 
60-75cm depth. 60cm @ 8000' NE aspect 23* slope. Tair -9.3, Tsurf -8.5, T20 -4.7. ECTN13 down 15cm on 3mm SH and 1mm FC. CT11 on same layer. 
Widespread surface hoar and a faceted snowpack will likely be weaknesses when the next big load gets delivered.
