Went snowbiking with 2 friends and had a great day! Started out very cold at about 10:30 am. Rode to the 9 mile an hit icy spitting snow. As we continued the snow quit and the sun came out around 12:30. The snow was fresh and light and so fun! As the day went on a warming trend was very noticeable as well as a change in the snow. The snow became very sticky and heavy. Packing into our tracks I noticed. I made a small snowman while waiting. Around 2 the wind kicked up although the sun stayed:) Saw a few large natural avalanches in the big chutes to the east. It started to cool down on the way out and was a beautiful day!
