Quick Observation

toured into the tranquil basin via the peligroso alder creek. once above 5800' we found great and stable pow. skied on both west and east aspects, which showed wide spread surface hoar and minimal wind effect (exact opposite of sunday in the MF). light wind throughout the day and sunny skies, though the snow showed no evidence of warming. one party did find a baby alligator again today, about 5400'.
