Quick Observation

Toured up to 7400ft near Lake McDonald. It was sunny and beautiful. The skiing was mediocre. Very heavy mashed potatoes. Skied the near the skin track because of the warming and didn't get ourselves into and steep terrain. Mid elevation was very manky snow and I wouldn't be surprised to see skier triggered  wet slides in steeper terrain with with temps. We didn't see any natural slides. Safe and conservative tour with a main focus on the views :)
