Quick half day tour to rescue. Had to thread the needle in the lower alder benches. Light breakable crust down low gave way to mostly right side up snow with widespread surface. Dug one pit at 6500' n aspect, depth of 250 cm. No propagation, but that persistent slab was easy to identify and about 60 cm down. Slide right off with the mildest shovel shear. Minimal wind and cloud deck around 7k and notably cooler temps than yesterday. Some sluffing on steeper terrain
