We observed wet loose slabs and multiple point releases/ pin wheels releasing on a steep S facing slope east of WMR right on cue between 12:00 and 1:00 this afternoon as the sun found its way through the clouds. None of the slabs appeared to 'step down' to deeper weak layers.
hard to see in the photo, but the largest slide appeared to be D1-2.
Lots of gloppy/ wet skins, sun chapped cheeks, and water/ snow falling from trees.
We enjoyed a walk on a protected ridge, visited a special spot, enjoyed good company, and had a picnic in the sun and avoided downhill skiing to preserve our knees and sanity.
