More detailed information about the snowpack:

In this location 2 new rain crusts have been added to the snowpack over the past 10 days.  On an upper elevation east aspect there is now approximately 16 inches of surface snow covering the top most crust.  This new surface snow is light and cohesionless and is not adhering to the crust.
